Run by Jordan Taylor and Jordan Fletcher, The Taylored Flooring Company offers a bespoke carpet and flooring fitting service that's rooted in quality results.
The company was originally founded by Jordan Taylor, who began his journey with his father, a qualified Master Fitter who trained with the National Institute of Carpet and Floor layers (NICF). Jordan got his first taste of the industry at the age of 13, and since then he has followed in his dad’s footsteps, developing his knowledge and skill with the evolving market. Now with more than 10 years’ professional experience in the industry, he has grown the company, training other specialists to ensure they deliver the level of service he prides himself on.
Jordan Fletcher joined the team in 2021, as the company's original apprentice. Now having developed his skills to an exceptional standard, he brings another dimension to the business with his exceptional eye for design and vision for the brand. As a result, he became a joint partner in 2025, contributing exponentially to a new stage of the business and its growth.
Together, Jordan and Jordan bring their individual strengths to their work, both overseeing, managing and quality checking each and every job. Clients liaise with both Jordans directly, giving them a direct point of contact with senior management throughout their job.
As an organisation, we pride ourselves on listening to our clients, understanding their wants, needs and values, and helping them to find the right flooring before fitting it to both our own exacting standards as well as those set by NICF guidelines.
